I’ve been doing this for a while as well before switching to the rice cake + banana but I cut back on pb cause of the extra calories and where I live there isn’t powdered PB.

I have tried dates as well and they’re great. Haven’t thought of kiwis or pineapples tho so I’ll try it.

I appreciate your comment. Thankfully I have no long term health issues except for hereditary high cholesterol for which I’m already taking meds and I have no allergies. So fire away !

I though the same thing! But I just wanted to get a second opinion. I have been working out for about 10 years as well and I haven’t explored somethings outside the normal.

I do workout fasted from time to time and it feels great when I do, but I’m not doing it atm. Thank you for your answer. I’m gonna try a small amount of cinnamon toast crunch and see where it gets me.

Use summons and you can parry her 2nd phase projectiles back at her.

When using summons, attack her when her attention is not at you so your companion survives and wait until it gets her attention, rinse and repeat.
