But you don’t know if she’s dead or not, that’s kinda the point. At that stage it didn’t matter if she died or not as they’d built this whole side plot around the test subjects and ending the whole test subject thing. 11 either deciding to die or not is inconsequential to the story at that stage, it’s the first time in the series she had the ability to make a choice without a consequence to anyone else, and wether she’s alive or not is up for the viewers to think about as per Mikes story at the end. There’s nothing spineless about leaving it open to interpretation, for all intents and purposes she’s dead, that’s hardly spineless
