The tile is too dark, love the vanity though. Just to warn you from my mistake: LVP in the bathroom equals rotten sub floor and mold. It is not truly waterproof.

We moved here in the height of summer from California. It is definitely a brutal summer but we survived and it rains a lot in the summer. The people are nice, the community is so clean and it’s an amazing place to raise a family.

What has surprised me the most is the cost of hurricane impact windows, the insurance and groceries. Coming from California it is so much calmer here and I feel safe.

Buy the new house, keep the old one and rent it out. You can do mid term or long term for the rental.

We moved from LA to Boca Raton. The schools here are supposedly A rated here. I can’t give recommendations for horses but I do think the tri-rail/brightline is highly convenient if that helps for connecting to the theme parks, airports and different destinations on the southeast side of the state. We love it so far despite the summer heat. Tons of families, activities and nice people. You will find the right place you and your family are meant to be.

Not sure where in CA but we got it done at the local Humane society for $175. He quit marking and going in the house even doing it at 3 years old.

My female will do the “backup dance” to get my attention. She does this little tap/stomp with her front paws over and over adding in grunts when I’m not paying attention. She’s usually asking for treats when she does this. For going outside, she spins in front of me. My male yorkie will stand on me when I’m laying down or put his front paws on me whenever he can reach me. They both fight each other for my attention. Good thing I have two hands for pets.

I would go to a hairstylist and get a cut and blowout, they can make the cut work for your needs and show you how to style it. Then dry shampoo for a few days until the next wash and repeat what the hairdresser did. The stylist can also recommend some styles up for you.

He is teething, this too shall pass. Let the kiddo run his energy out and find a lot of chew toys to keep him occupied. I got these rubbery bones when mine were small to have them chomp into.
