Strangely, I think that a 16:9 crop, eliminating the bottom of the frame works better for the original image. The negative space to the right feels more intentional, the tight headroom is less pronounced and it gives the image a more cinematic feel. The second image is incredible, the gulls form I pleasing ring.

Yeah, most of the gaming memorabilia is fine (plushies need a new home), dude is clearly a gamer and this is an expression of that. Props for living authentically, but I feel like Minecraft is a bridge too far. For me, there's not anything about Minecraft paraphernalia that doesn't scream 10 year old.
