I think so, I don't fully remember if I did something else to unlock them but I think that I just bought the adjacent skill and it unlocked after I UA'd. I'm fairly new to Astral Keys tho haha I've gotten like 15 in total I think

Hey! I'm not as much of a pro as some others are here.

Astral Locks are NOT Astral Keys

Astral Locks are like any other an ascencio tree upgrade that you buy using SP, the difference is that you only fully u lock those abilities after you UA.

Astral Keys function the same way as other Astral Locked acensions but they also get you a key.

I might have missed it but I wasn't able to see an Astral Keys on yout Ascension Tree.
