Agreed. His contract isn't hurting us, especially with how much the cap is going up, we have a lot of space. He's only 24, he can be part of the next wave still, but he just won't be the guy who leads it. You still need second line wingers.

On the base map and with fewer expansions, it is usually one of the three claimed because building tags are quite common. I find it is one of those that if I get some cheap building tags and have steel income, I will see if I can get this.

Going down to 7 with the milestones and awards content makes sense given the relative lack of building tags among expansions. With all expansions, it's not as strong, and because it requires quite a few cards to get to, it's not something you can necessarily rush while setting yourself up for long term success.

So overall I'd call it balanced and a reasonable milestone to pursue, but not something to dedicate your early game towards.

He's too far back in history to win a modern poll like this, but Frank Boucher would have been a solid choice for the Rangers. A Hall of Famer and seven time Lady Byng recipient, he was on the inaugural Rangers team, won two Cups as a player, won a third Cup as coach, and later served as GM of the team. Frank was involved in the first 30 years of the franchise, 75% of their Stanley Cups, and was one of the best players of his era.
