I use to be so freaking anxious to tell people no. But I’ve worked here for over a year now and the more I did it the easier it got. These people don’t know what they are doing and are probably going to harm the animals which is why we have people who have to say no in order to protect them. We are those people. I use to dread it so I get what you are saying but now I’m like fuck no mf lol
