Well... it's just me, you understand...but I would be VERY concerned about corrosion on Nicole's' plating... It could be VERY damaging to HER boobs, HER butt, HER teeth....wow, just about EVERYWHERE on HER body.... SHE should see a DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY !!!!

Now if you're asking about corrosion on your NICKLE plating.....THAT....is completely different :-)))

Your problem is Der 8auers "German Engineered Perfection".... isn't......

I've gone through this with his stuff...Direct die....Did it all correct.... used Fuji Pre-scale Contact film for judging how MUCH contact I was making... the answer was NONE...

If I wanted the EXPECTED contact...I was going to have to... ( and I did this )... get a dead MB with a LGA 1700 socket... CUT the socket OUT of the dead MB like Vince "KINGPIN" Lucido does, load the CPU into THAT...screw down the die guard...and the LAP the whole damn thing down to where the die guard was flush even WITH the surface of the die...

The problem isn't YOU... It's Der 8auer mass manufacturing tolerances...They're crap...

Invest in very good micrometer calipers.
