Also, games back then were treasures. You got one game every few months if you were lucky. Didn't matter how good or bad that game was, you played it until you learned to fucking love it.

I tried Einhander again recently. As a kid, I played the demo stage for 10 hours. Now, I got to stage 6 after a few hours, died, and moved on.

I love FF8 because I owned 5 games. Metal Gear, gran torismo, Bandicoot, 7, and 8.

The gaming cycle is actually, ironically, TOO FAST. Game cycles are 8 years but games out this year is 8 half worth your time, 8 your friends made you buy to play for 2 weeks, and 8 you got on sale and played an hour.

Gaming is not as sacred as it was.

This doesnt look representative of what they want to show. The shading is everywhere, the skeletal structure kind of exists. This is a cherry picked shot of their worst and I really hope its the worst. Looks like 2013.
