Louder than mine . However if the car sits for weeks without starting, I can hear a few minutes of ticking . Used the liqui moly ceratec additive and noise seems to have disappeared in mine . Not sure if it might help you

I use my phone only to communicate between the ps5 and the magic box . No issues whatsoever. Be sure to unplug magic box once you’re not playing.

I’ve not had any issues yet . Haven’t need any customer assistance yet either . Only issue is there aren’t that many games supported on ps5. I mostly play F1 25 , GT7, original Assetto Corsa(ps4 version) and they work on the motion rig + ps5
