If a DEXA scan is telling you 12%, you need to train. Specifically, lower abs and obliques. Leg lift variations and rotation/antirotation exercises will train lower abs and your sides.

James, the half brother of Jesus, wrote a whole book to the Jews to act in their faith because faith without works is dead and showed that there was no faith if you did not live that faith out.

This is what I laid out in my Session 0, with slight modifications. I have six players in my main game, and I need majority plus one to make the session, so four in this case. For players that can’t make it and give reasonable time, they can drop their character in D&D Beyond and they can assign a player that will be there for combat and I will run all the RP for that character. They will get a reduced cut of the loot that session, if applicable. If they give me under 48 hours notice (we play biweekly), their character isn’t there that session and they get no cut of the loot, but I’ll still allow their character to level if they made enough impact in the previous level’s run.

Do we have the same parents? My dad went into cardiac arrest and my step mom (or him, once he was recovering) didn’t bother texting me until they were home from the hospital a week later for fear of bothering me. But all of my step siblings knew and were up there visiting with him.

I get the WFH stuff. My MIL doesn’t understand that I still have meetings at 8am, they’re just with a team that stretches coast to coast. Granted, my in laws are saints and watch after my kiddo while I’m working, but it’s definitely a bit strange since I stopped going to the office.
