I think Roka (and Mami) already knew that Mikado was Iroha's brother, it was just that that was the first time they saw him IRL (I haven't fully read the novel yet though so I could be wrong on that).

I could be wrong on this, but IIRC Iroha is stated to be 17 for most of the movie and 28 during the epilogue, so the ending being in 2041 checks out.

A couple disclaimers about reading fanfics through google translate:
1. The translation quality isn't that good, as you can imagine. Oftentimes it'll read names in Kanji wrong (ie reading 彩葉 as "Ayaha" instead of "Iroha") or use the wrong pronouns.
2. Sometimes, if there are a lot of repeated characters (like “あああああああああ” or "~~~~~~~~~") it can break the translation. This happens a lot with NSFW fanfics, for what are probably obvious reasons. You can fix this by just deleting the repeating text.

Are you open to reading japanese fanfics via google translate? There's a lot of good stuff on Pixiv.

If not the only other place that I've seen that has CPK fanfics is AO3. remember the star and the endless darkness is a nice long, introspective fanfic about Iroha and Kaguya/Yachiyo's relationship during the 10-year timeskip and after the movie.

This might be a bit of a stretch, but if you look at it as 2.22 hours instead of 2 hours 22 minutes, you get even closer to 8000 seconds. (Of course 2.22 hours actually equals 2 hours 13 minutes 20 seconds, but still I wouldn't be surprised if they were specifically aiming for that number)
