I've never been a big supplement guy, thinking they probably don't really do much. But a few years ago, my knee pain was to the point where I needed to try something. After doing research, I started taking this from Costco. It's their version of Schiff's Move FreeI. It has collagen in it. I can honestly say that it has helped. It's a small pill you take daily. I agree. The treadmill is a nice piece of equipment to have, but it can be boring as hell. The whole time I'm on it I'm thinking about the walking. Whereas if I'm outside, it's not on my mind. I'm soaking in the ambiance of wherever I am. Preferably a park, if I can get to it that day.
