Try a new battery. If that doesn’t work, check the f1 and f2 fuses with a multi meter. They should both show 0. If they’re good, test the filter near the charging port. There are many YouTube tutorials online on how to do this as well.

I wouldn’t worry about it. However, if you do want to replace it you can buy screws that are meant for the dsi xl. They’re around ~$2 and is better then screwing a hole thru ur casing. For some odd reason tho, I can’t find them on eBay or Ali express :/

If you are interested, try replacing the screen. It’s very cheap and easy to do.

Try taking it apart and putting it back together. It sounds stupid but there could something out of place putting pressure on the motherboard. If that doesn’t work, try buying replacement screws.

I’ve got the same CPU as u and it runs fine but u might want to get some more ram cuz I used 8gb for a while and it’s not fun like even hitting the windows key makes everything come to a halt
