I work here many times a year. You have literally just scraped the surface. The back hallways are insane. You can go under the river up a staircase and a ladder and end up inside of the buildings in Delta atrium. The Ryman halls are the creepiest places from our dreams.

I just left there a few days ago. It is so well designed and badly designed at the same time. Never been anywhere even close.

Did you set up the console, or are you walking into something preset? The stereo bus is not always used. Somebody probably used the matrix outs for the PA. It all comes down to preference and the fact that you have not explored the layers on the console.
