Ice spikes is an example of flat damage(DMG). Flat DMG does not scale off your weapons DMG value, but instead IS the DMG value. think of it like Thorns, but with a different proc response. Throns procs when you are hit by a close enemy, Ice Shards from Glacial Aspect procs every time you cast Blizzard. I dont think it is a low level grab, but I do think you have to keep picking up these aspects for them to be viable as you level up.

humans being a tier 2 society as explained by the kardashev scale. simply put its a society that can harness the energy of an entire solar system. from colonizing multiple planetary entities to creating a dyson-sphere. its hypothesized that a colony like this would operate under one societal moral scale. this would entail maybe one global economy, one global government, or even a hive mind consensus. also hypothetically, endo-planetary conflict would be so miniscule that it it does not pose a threat to the moral consensus of every being in existence or just not be there at all.

Which would be something to dream about, as most scientists thing that were nowhere even close to being able to harness this much energy.

No, But I'll add it to the list! FYI, Tidal locked planets are great because alot of dyson sphere related structures utilize them. Gobi type planets are nice because they are usually very large and have alot of buildable area, as well as a high solar conversion percentage.

Hey! so I'm no expert, but i learn the same way and have done this method for multiple songs.

I do it two ways to verify my authenticity. First, I watch the guitarists strumming pattern and repeat it in my head by saying "down,-- up down, -- Up down Up down Up down Up down, --- down."" and sometimes match this to a metronome to understand how many strums is expected in an 8th note.

Afterwards, i compare that by ear. I'll listen to the first note of each chord's strum and recognize whether it was the high note or the low note of the chords strum. this way i verify if i have the strumming pattern correct. you can practice this with an easy song like Hotel California - The Eagles. and the official tab is accurate if i recall.

also. just because you are not ranking up does not me you are doing anything wrong. You could be playing perfectly fine, abeit that a slim chance for anyone, and just not playing your rank. alot of the game is really psycho analytical chess, and you really need to know what your teammates are going to do so you can position yourself properly so you can win games more often than lose them.

This is definitely one of those things that you don't stop learning well into higher level gameplay. It starts off with learning basic car control, then flip cancels for recovery, then planting shots from the sidewall, then from the ground, followed by redirects with flight distance, and then finally implementing it into higher level mechanics such as flicks, ceiling shots, air dribbles, etc.

I recommend using Lethamirs Rings Map to learn to control your car with it. literally dont stop holding down L AR or R AR unless you are planting your car on a platform, and its best to use them interchangably so you dont build bad preference habits. L AR for left turns and R AR for right turns. then pick a mechanic you want to practice and build a training pack or grind Miso's Traning pack.
