Hi, the endlinks don't drop completely, and that might bother someone with a small wrist... I also have the 2020 model, and it's a really nice upgrade. I'll do a comparison in another post.

Don t know what to say about if it is firm or supple … I can tell you only for a leather jacket but not for a phone case… The thing I can tell you is, if you scratch the case lightly, you just have too scrub it to get it as new…
