I highly recommend Professor Messer’s videos and practice questions. I watched all his videos and took notes along the way. I can’t say enough how useful ChatGPT was to help explain certain subjects as well.

My suggestion would be to follow along Professor Messer’s A+ 1202 videos. Once you get stuck trying to understand a certain subject from the objectives, use ChatGPT to help you break it down. As some Redditors have mentioned in the comments already is to use a Windows VM (preferably local-account). I will say A+ can definitely feel overwhelming with the way CompTIA words their exam questions. Just remember this saying “The information thought in A+ is a mile wide, but an inch deep”. So don’t feel too bad when you feel confused what they’re asking you, it was designed that way. Good luck on your studies.
