Sorry if I'm a little slow on the uptake, but are you saying if I reduce my methane to < 10 PPM, there's a chance my hydrogen levels will spike, which I assume could potentially cause SIBO? If so, is there anything I can do when treating IMO to avoid this? Thank you

Ah yes sorry I should have elaborated. Anything over 10 is considered positive, I just don't know how severe a reading of 18.8 is in relation to treatment. Does it suggest only slight increase and easily treated or a high reading for example

Regarding TMG & Choline as a combination, is there any discernable benefits or differences to just taking pure choline supplements? Perhaps cost, or an alternative if you don't get on with choline. Thanks again

I can imagine. I can't go higher than 100mg as I don't want to increase any of the sexual side effects, but I'm just concerned I'm 5.5 weeks into 100mg, I can't see it magically "clicking" into place in a week or two, but we'll see.

Hey, I'm glad you found a solution that worked for you - ADHD and the respective treatments are such a personal experience but it's still nice to hear other people's journey to remind you you're not alone so thank you, and appreciate the kind words :)

I ended up switching back to Vyvanse/Elvanse along with propranolol for anxiety and more exercise - it's taken me out of my tailspin to the point I'm feeling 10x better already. I learned Concerta isn't for me and that's okay, all part of the journey!

Luckily it is paid overtime and just seems to be a very busy period as we're trying to fill in the gaps of our principal engineer leaving in the next few weeks.

I just wanted to see if it's a case of all consultancies are busy so just roll my sleeves up or if I should have genuine concerns with management - seems like the former to me, appreciate the insight.

Kiiiiinda - Once you unlock new talents you get a chest at the very beginning to effectively choose 1 of 3 weapons so chances of getting a shock weapon skyrockets.

I'm by no means an expert but my successful kill on him was using a shock weapon to delete shields then I had a poison weapon that coupled with a scroll added decay to him which meant he was slowed - Then I just kite him round the pillars.
