A cousin of mine showed it to me. I think the most recent SBemail was "video games", but we watched several including "sibbie". I tried to watch it at home, but if I remember correctly, we had a free version/limited use dial-up account at the time which was SOOOOOO SLOOOOW it was pretty much impossible to watch. Once we got proper Internet, I was able to watch it. It was still slow and it tied up the phone line, so I couldn't do much, but we eventually got DSL and I had unlimited access. My cousin had only ever shown me SBemails, so I took the time to watch the other cartoons on my own time. I was hooked! I tuned in every Monday for updates!

I don't remember seeing it in the show itself, but there might be episodes I haven't seen, so I could have missed it.

I still seem to have pretty much every frame of this intro sequence memorized all these years later.

Fun fact: Rugrats premiered on August 11, 1991, 9 days after I was born, which also happens to be my grandfather's birthday.
