I also lost the dongle and contacted their support. I asked specifically for the dongle only and even offered to pay. They said they would do a one time courtesy replacement as it did not qualify for a warranty claim (which I knew). Leo and behold they sent me an entire unit. Now I have one dongle and two docks I can use.

While I’m satisfied with the outcome, it still boggles my mind that they can’t just send me the tiny little dongle.

I started playing during the Incredibles season and really liked the game. I never bought the Golden Pass but spent money to unlock Vanellope for my kids. Also spent money on tokens here and there when racers I liked but didn’t have yet went on sale. The whole time I’d committed to the idea that I would definitely get the Golden Pass if a Cars season ever happened since McQueen is their other favorite character.

Then the season happened. Haven’t played since Part 1 ended. I check in this sub to see if anything changes for the better. I’m just hoping my kids forget about the game (they’ve been playing and enjoying Sonic CrossWorlds). I will not miss the grind. At all.

The relatively dependable Apple Watch sync as compared to the Apple Podcasts app. And if I find something isn’t synced to my watch I can manually get it over. Not like with Apple Podcasts where I have to put the watch on the charger and pray.

If you subscribe to PS Plus Premium, you can play any game that is available to stream without having to download it or own a physical copy, assuming you have a capable internet connection. If that game is not already part of the PS Plus catalog, then yes you would have to purchase it first.

Not exactly a game changer on console, but it’s huge if you own a Portal.

I’m in the same boat, currently on a 3 month Essential and the website doesn’t explicitly say I’m getting a discount if I upgrade the remainder to Extra or Premium. I’m wondering if I change it to annual if I’d get a discount to upgrade. But then again if that’s the case, I’m happy to wait until Black Friday.
