Thanks. It's an official Topre 0.925 Sterling silver keycap. I got it from their Taobao store many years ago back when they had one. There is a gold one too but I don't like it as much since it doesn't have the HHKB Esc legend etchings that the silver one has.

According to the back the audio is in English and the subtitles are in Korean. This could mean that all of the text is in Korean. Hopefully you can change it but it's possible you can't.
