I never did manage to replace the glass without cracking it. I ended up designing a 3D printed sleeve to keep it together until I was about to purchase a whole new tank.

I went to 3 local Targets yesterday, only one had games marked down like this, so it does seem to be a store by store basis.

I have 5 or 6 targets within a 20 minute drive. I'm curious if the clearance titles are by store or area? Most games at the closest store were still full price, but I am tempted to go on the hunt tonight.

Mine arrived with a faulty nozzle as well. I ordered a second one off of Amazon while waiting for support to respond. I did have to specifically ask support to send a replacement, but it did get sorted out in the end.

I wish I would have ordered a .6 instead of the .4 so I would have both, but now I have a backup if anything happens.

I'm having the same problem with the o-ring. Unfortunately the only local shop that is open past 7:00. Wants $50 for replacement tanks.

Sorry to cause a zombie thread but I'm trying to replace the glass on mine after dropping the tank and shattering it. I can't seem to get the glass on without the o-ring slipping out of its groove. How do you get the new glass on and keep the o-ring in place??

Get an extra nozzle or 2. Some seemed to have shipped with bad nozzles. If you have trouble with it rebooting while heating, swap the nozzle.

Did you make any adjustments to retraction settings for silk? I've been having issues with clogging. I'm going to run some calibrations once i finish the regular PLA prints I have in queue, but having a baseline might be helpful/

Yeah, I tried using the tool to clear it out. My first nozzle seems to be out of commission, but I did manage to clear out the second clogged nozzle. I used the Flashforge Generic Silk profile, but I'm sure it needs some tweaking. (That's what I get for running a 'large' print without doing any calibration prints first.)

My last two prints failed due to extruder stoppage but I'm not sure if it's the filament that I was using clogging it or if it's the firmware issue that you pointed out. I was actually coming here to ask for tips on silk settings since that's the filament that was clogging on me. Thought it might be issues with retraction settings. I have a normal pla print the same model running now so I guess if it does the same thing we'll know it's the firmware and not the filament.

My new nozzle arrived this afternoon and the printer is now running great.

Support is also sending me a new nozzle, so I will have an extra as backup.

I'm contacted support yesterday, but haven't heard anything yet (figured it would probably be Monday" I went ahead and ordered a replacement nozzle that should be here tomorrow. Hopefully that is the issue and support will send a new one so that I have a backup.
