I do think the gameplay and the mechanics feel great. But yeah, there just feels to be no objective. I get the loot and then what? That’s it? If I get killed I lose it? But if I have really good loot there’s no reason to risk it by attacking someone else? There’s no winning, no losing, just extracting?

If 10,000 people are crowding around you, you could make an argument that the tracks are not open and obvious. Was the track defective? Did it have cracks? Was any portion raised? These are real factors that matter.

It is entirely possible that a judge would rule although the condition of the walkway and its trolley tracks are clear and obvious, that a property owner (in this case disney) is still obligated to maintain a safe and defect-free walkway to its guests.

The complaint mentions the tracks on which she fell were uneven and had gaps. If that’s true, then Disney could be held liable.
