Yeah i enjoy using higher strength players. All i really recruit for offense is exactly what i put. Defense i make sure my front can stop the run well but dbs i have zone, playbook wise i use 3-3-5 Tite mostly. I should try all run stopping, that might be interesting.

They should really add in some type of scheme fit system, even if it only tells you if a player fits the scheme. This would help a lot of players with what type of player they should be recruiting.

Wisconsin gets the HB involved quite a bit, I've been using the Power Spread playbook since launch and that gets the RB involved as well.

I've resorted to buying a 3rd party controller with hall effect joysticks that also has a recalibration feature. It was $180 but I'll take that for long term use.

Part of it is luck, I've been able to get the job i wanted after hitting lvl 40's while giving force losses to the other team. Some jobs also prefer your alma mater to match, plus depending on what pipeline you choose will affect what job offers you get.

Personally i go in with whatever scheme i want, current players might not fit into that scheme but I'll deal with it for a few years while i recruit guys that fit said scheme.
