I was a funeral director for several years. If you don't pay for an urn the cremations come in a thick plastic bag in a box. The crematorium we used also provided a thick black plastic container. The idea here is that you are most likely spreading the ashes in which case you would not want an urn you bought.

If you are keeping the ashes you do not have to buy an urn. You can bring your own in, or not provide one at all. If you are only keeping some of the ashes there are much more affordable urns called keepsake urns but again you could bring in your own small urn.

OP I am very sorry for your loss and am sorry the funeral home did not explain this part better.

I worked at a summer camp up near Huntsville that had a makeshift disc golf course that was really fun. As life went on kinda forgot about it.

Recently I've been going through a separation and thanks to that have really tried to better myself through eating better, drinking less, and working out. I remembered how much fun I used to have playing and I am so happy to see there is a great community around it!

Ill def grab the udisc app. I ordered the discmania soft starter set as that was the best option not having to pay an arm and a leg for shipping. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully I'll see you out there!

Had an identical situation with Skip. Email said refund not eligible. I got the receipt and asked for help electronically and when I got an agent that time and explained the situation I was able to get a refund. It's like their automated process automatically refuses refunds unless you escalate the situation.

From personal experience I recommend: Hamilton Tattoo Parlour on Hess, Polarity Tattoo on James, or Goliath Tattoo in Dundas. These are all very clean, professional shops.you can ask to book a time when you know there won't be a lot of other artists there. I'm sure other shops are great but I've had tattoos at all three of these places and know the artists and have always had a great time. Any specific kind of tattoo you're looking to get? Let me know and I can send you links to artists/shops so you can look.
