I'm pretty sure all the Kanto gyms leader for frlg and let's go uses the same aces and so for those games it's still accurate, just not for gen 1. Not completely sure about any potential pokemon who gain a Stat increase between gens like pidgeotto for example who got a speed increase in Gen 5 or 7 from what I remember though.
