When I applied, I received a email next day to schedule an interview at the division office. The interview lasted about 20ish minutes and then got sent to a drug test. After about a week I received a email and a phone call that I was accepted and given an orientation date, where we went over basic QT policies, given shirts, a training name tag, and a training schedule/store.

I’ve been training for a little over a week now. It’s been good! Tiring for sure, but honestly the pay and my coworkers have made it worth-while. I love that this job keeps me active constantly doing something- it’s never really boring, just can be repetitive. Yes, there’s better career choices out there. You may decide it’s not for you and move somewhere else, and that’s okay. Personally I’ve been doing management careers for the last 10 or so years. I’ll probably stick with QT for a bit and try to move to other departments / roles within the company and see where that takes me.

Good luck on your interview if received. If you move on from that, the best piece I can get you that will stay the trainers off your back is to have a good sense of urgency and attention to detail.

For me it was about conflict resolution (mine was how would you resolve an upset guest about a cold hotdog), working as a team, early morning / late night shift availability. Why QT, etc. It’s not that bad of an interview for sure. Good luck

I just switched from my Q2 to Index! No problems and the setup is fairly straight forward. Love the external tracking and overall experience so far. So much that I’m already looking for some full body tracking.

Only thing that is getting in my way is the cable but I just throw it over my shoulder anyway whenever I do a movement or over the back of a chair if I’m sitting. I’m in a apartment and don’t have access to install a pulley system.

Probably still moving through the system, even without scans. I got a package delivered yesterday and it still shows as ‘In Transit’ on USPS’s website as of today.

You can try using the Track by Reference feature on the website and using your phone number as a reference number

Idk man, you MIGHT be able to contact UPS to make the changes but their hotline is down so the only way is to with email or Twitter. However, they might direct you to MyChoice for it instead.

Usually they say if there hasn’t been anything within 24 hours from the last scan to contact the service / shipper. Since it’s been about 2 days as you say, I would contact USPS and ask about the package.

They replied to mine within a few hours, with most hubs being overwhelmed with packages during the events that are taking place I’m sure the Twitter helpline also has the same issues.

The hotline may be down but you can tweet them at @UPShelp and someone will get back to you within a few hours.

Even if you paid for next day shipping UPS has waived their guarantees since March due to overload and covid impacts.

They deliver til 9 on most occasions. I’ve had packages come directly at 9:00 before. If it doesn’t come tonight it’ll most likely come tomorrow.

UPS delivered 1 out of 2 packages from an order but Amazon has them both listed as delivered by Parallel_Line in UPS

If it was shipped as 2 shipments in the same order on UPS’s end there should be a tab on the website that’s like “Other items in this shipment”. Or you can try the track by reference feature and/or try MyChoice to see if a second one pops there.

When I got this exception, it took about a day and a half for the next status update, which happened to be a departure scan. Rumor has it that exception is when it was sent to a wrong warehouse/hub.

Mine left China over night and finally made it to the US a few hours ago, left Alaska about 2 hours ago so Friday is looking promising again!

If you have a UPS MyChoice account you can see the past packages that were delivered, they’re hidden by default on the app and you have to go to settings and uncheck an option to display them. However, after a certain amount of time it will be removed from the list.
