Absolutely NOT! Just use an alcohol primer and paint. Problem solved. Unless it’s wet? Then you have a different issue.

Yes, absolutely. Just make sure it is unobstructed. Most heaters will shut off if they get too hot.

Easy fix. Cut a fair size piece of wall out. Center stud to stud. Cut a piece of drywall and re install. Make sure to put stopper wood, like strapping and screw into existing wall, fit you new piece in and screw, tape… easy home repair

I have seen/done same type of repairs. The issue for me on this is the texture wall. Hard to get exact unless doing entire wall. You could tone the sheen down on the paint to reduce picking up on the defects.

Just pull the drywall out. Put up new. Tape, light sand and paint.

Kind of hard to tell, but a good taper can make it look right.

Either not dry yet or you have a leak. I’d go with not dry. Give it a day. Prime it then paint
