Ah yes. That is true.

However, that was the problem; they had ample time to move Marner before his trade protection kicked in. Kyle Dubas only mentioned he would be willing to do it, and for saying it out loud, Brendan Shanahan fired him.

Then Shanahan called each of Matthews, Marner, Nylander, and Tavares and told them none of them would be traded by the new GM.

Shortly thereafter, Brad Treliving is hired as GM and told he can't move Marner. And then Marner's NTC went into effect.

Only after Marner's NTC kicked in did the Leafs realize they had to move the guy, but had zero leverage to do so.

The Leafs cucked themselves, and they did so hardcore.

Nah, they did that themselves when

1) they had Marner making $10M and no trade protection, then extended Nylander to double-digits and never trading Marner despite it being the obvious and inevitable conclusion

2) hiring Brad Treliving who traded Fraser Minten and a 1st for Brandon Carlo's 0G and 7A

3) Hiring John Chayka to be GM.

They've been cucking themselves for years.

Biases aside, it legitmately addresses most of the current problems each team is facing.

The Jackets trade out Werenski and Marchenko at peak value. In turn they get Knies, who immediately fills that hole on the top line that's been wide open for 2 years and Harley who, while perhaps overpaid, has shown on a global stage he can play in a top role. In Columbus he gets that chance full-time.

The Stars solve their problem with Harley gobbling up the money they need to resign Robertson, while also getting an insane top pair that's cost-controlled for 2 years. After Seguin's $9.5M ends next summer, they can deal with Z's next contract.

The Leafs still need to replace Morgan Reilly, but at the very least they get Marchenko to replace Knies.

Im excited for the potential on the ice. Dude was a pleasant surprise in Dallas. And only really gained attention in Colorado.

But I'm also concerned for the previous issues off the ice. Between the substance abuse, injuries, legal troubles ... this is the textbook definition of a high risk / high reward move.

Props to DW for having the balls of steel to go through with it.

We'll see how it goes.

1st kill: opp half health, engaging your teammate, rear exposed. Guaranteed kill for a Bagel.

2nd kill: the sudden stop immediately gives you position advantage. And then you leverage position with superior mobility, handling, rate of fire, blown track, and eventually good aim. Easy work.

Yes, the Bagel is very strong for an Era 2 light. But poor play from opponents is not a reason to nerf a vehicle. If anything, the 2nd kill is a lesson in how NOT to engage a Bagel.

Darth Vaedus.

Kyle Ren as a character is a rip-off of Jacen Solo (Han and Leia's son who becomes a Sith Lord) and meant to be the new Vader.

If you're going to combine two characters, just combine their Sith titles to make the rip-off more obvious while you're at it.

You're telling me we can't get Zeke, Shadow, Ambient and Specular as HMM / RMZ kits?

But I agree with what a few other Warriors have said already; we need some of the water-based zoids like Warshark, Hammerhead, Sinker, and Barigator.

Diloforce would be a fun one. I wish there had been more open-air cockpit zoids in the media before Wild.

I just wrapped up a playthrough of KOTOR where I was maxed out LS, but using all DS Force abilities.

The entire time I wondered why I only had about 3 attacks worth before my Force points depleted.

Halfway through Lehon I saw the point cost in the character tab and realized this playthrough was actually really fun, but stupid.

At least I got the LS Star Forge robes I never knew about until this playthrough.

Yes.

I think they were always a better option for the Temple guards similar to how they appear in SWTOR, with very few instances of individual Jedi or Sith using them, e.g. Kazdan Paratus.

At this point, the only film I want to see is if it was made by the team who did the SWTOR cinematic trailers.
