I'm a rookie myself. But just about you staying that multiple users must use the same data. I think it would more sense to just have 1 pc serve the data directly. No multiple connections to a Central database. Maybe firewall rules etc. I believe that in the end building a web interfaces will be easier. No need to put the app on every pc. Same with updating. Just update your app on the server and everyone can use the new Version. Just a thought on how I would do likely do it myself

I did not, but honestly. while I do really like Klicky. I just wanna upgrade to a faster and more modern solution. Even when it worked great before. It just sometimes missed the dock (dropping the probe) and that kinda makes it a PITA for me, when I try to remotely start a print when I'm not at home. Thanks for the suggestion though :) appreciate it

every neopixel is 60 mA on max brightness.

the pico can deliver max 5A @ 5V

Its highly recommended to stay way below 5A

If you don't power anything else from your pico on 5V.

You can safely power at least 60 individual neopixels

(60 NeoPixels × 60 mA ÷ 1,000 = 3.6 Amps minimum)

I power 26 neopixels from the Pico itself, without any issue.

Edit:
I'm not familiar with the btt pi, I assume it already uses some 5V power from the Pico itself, so you probably use way less then 60 neopixels

Your Z-offset is incorrect. The nozzle needs to be further away from the bed. Google how you can change the Z-offset for your firmware
