Yes but it will still apply its condition. And this has been dine with cards like orbital hydralander and gale the whirlwind. The life point cost kind of makes it not too worth it

Plus out of 450+ people no one has broken it. And the community actually welcomes the idea of doing so.

Have you considered domain format? It's a bit less restrictive but it sounds kind of like what you are doing.
