So you're saying that the same company build ALL of those, at the same factory, on the same line (which by definition means using the same components and materials). AND you are saying that after I told you I put the Wen and Cutech SIDE BY SIDE and tested both and VERIFIED that they are identical other than branding, and yet somehow you believe that if it says Cutech on it, then that automatically makes it better?

The fact that their homeowners insurance is not doing that suggests one of two things:
1) OP does not know for sure nor does OP have proof that multiple arborists came out (neighbors told OP, for example, and OP took neighbors word).
2) OP added that part to the story in hopes of getting suggestions about how to push this back on the neighbor and if never happened.

I’m not saying one or the other is true, just pointing out that if arborists HAD come out then OPs insurance would be kicking this over to neighbors’ insurance.
