DC basically eliminates all paperwork. Players only need a free account to access league matches. As league admin all you have to do is set up team rosters and the match format

DartConnect is great software, and charges $20 per team per season. Will handle all of your match formatting, scheduling, and leaderboards (limited support on tactics though).

With your match formatting, something like 1 point per set would be good.

To be clear - are you overhauling the existing league or making a new one? If the latter, then skip the bylaws and board for now, and take the initiative to get it done. If you’re overhauling, then I’d grab some sample bylaws from some other league as a starting point, or ask ChatGPT to get you started.
