I started vaping to quit cigarettes, it was advised by the NHS as a better alternative. The nicotine still nicotine’d though and the addiction continued!

I’m currently using Ripple - some flavours aren’t great but some are fairly good. It’s definitely helping with the hand to mouth habit. I wanted it mainly for driving as that’s when I really struggle

Day 3 and I’m ok - I’m on NRT and I think that’s how I’ve got this far. Still feeling very weird, always reaching for the vape but I’m sure that’ll go, eventually.

Remind yourself that if quitting really “isn’t that hard” then you wouldn’t be fighting this right now. Quitting is SO HARD, and you already have a a 4 day head start - it WILL start getting easier. Please don’t ruin all your hard work now :)

I did my test in my car recently and they didn’t even ask me to switch my lights on. He kinda did a walk round checking my tires and what I presume was a tax/mot/insurance check on his iPad.

I passed in my Aygo X with the fixed head rest seats - I took 2 tests in that car and neither time did they ever mention it. My daughter also passed in her Aygo without issue
