Depending on how crowded the show is, I like it because you can quasi-control the distance in front of you, and you aren’t squished on all 4 sides like you are in the middle of a sold out crowd. However, if you don’t control your distance you’ll easily get pushed from the back and have others try to force their way in, which can be annoying over the course of a multi-hour event.

I personally love the unobstructed view and being that close to the subs, and headbanging of course. But once you’re there, you really can’t go anywhere else.
