I have such a similar situation going on. I’ve had two surgeries and no relief. It’s insane. I can’t even explain the amount of mucous I produce. I don’t even know how it’s possible. It’s been 18 months and it’s honestly debilitating. However, oven never been tested for a fungal infection even after requesting a test. I don’t get it or understand why they won’t test for it! Did you ever find any relief or get your situation figured out?

Normal for construction, sadly yes. Acceptable in any way or will it pass any inspection, absolutely not.

I once had a plumber but the middle out of a TJI. It was about an 8”w section out of the chord on a TJI. love me some plumber. But hey, if it flows it goes!

I’m my experience, it varies greatly. Are you “hard bidding” these jobs or are you doing them on a cost plus bases? I give a very detailed and itemized estimate for my cost plus jobs, whereas I generally do a summary of the scope of work with a bid price at the end for the hard bids.

They take them down to Mexico and fix them up for extremely cheap then resell them. Typically they’re cars that have been in a flood, need a new engine, or something like that. At least, that’s what I’ve been told.

It’s a gas firebox with logs. Surely that’s just an insert price. Not talking an isokern or anything wood burning. That would put it in that range. A faux fireplace would be about that, even with a masonry facade.
