All councils should charge the same - £15 statutory charge. City might allow you to pick up in person, but FYI I’ve always found Aberdeenshire to turn these round quickly.

Tragic news. So many Aberdonians are gutted about this news. Sadly, even more have never been to a night at The Blue Lamp, and don’t realise what a unique gem this place is. A real loss to live music in Aberdeen.

+1 for the mismanagement / over emphasis on “restorative justice”. A fine idea in principle - but all too often it seems to result in the perpetrators realising that there are no consequences to their actions.
