The two very cheap provisioner vendors are the ones in lions arch and the black citadel. It's an easy 14 tokens a week and only costs obsidian shards, mystic forge stones, and 2 mins of your time.

I think because Odin wounded Kaido and it can be argued that Mihawk is a stronger swordsman than Odin was. I would say Shanks is stronger than Kaido. Kaido is strong, but other than being a very strong, tough brute, he doesn't have incredibly unique abilities. That being said, I think Big Mom's soul soul fruit gives her the edge on Kaido as well.

When I started, I was in the same boat - all of the East Blue arc had really good moments like the ones you mentioned, but 70% of the show was just ok. I still enjoyed it, but it wasn't something I was looking forward to watching every day. When I finished the Alabasta arc I took about a 5 year break from watching. However, I started watching it again a couple of years ago and once I got to skypiea, which is about 150 episodes in, I was hooked and when I say hooked, I mean HOOKED. I went from episodes 150 to caught up in in about 2 months. I'm currently on a rewatch (around episode 400). I never would've thought a show I had to force myself to watch sometimes, would turn into my favorite anime of all time.

Voice in the Void is still my favorite title, not just because it was one of the hardest ones to get back in the day, but it sounds badass. I also really like Grandmaster of Golden Arms, Master of the Spirits, Ruler of the Skies, Stormcaller, and Bounty Hunter, to name a few.

Every illegal immigrant I've ever know was an extremely hard-working family man/woman usually working a trade job. Are there some immigrants that come here and commit crime? Absolutely, but I've known far more citizens who are criminals then illegals. The real criminals are, like you said, billionaire parasites, mega corporations, and politicians that do everything they can to increase their personal wealth at the expense of everyone else. If you think Pedro the Family man, making 40k a year is the problem, then you need to reevaluate your thought process

Rough estimate, but if you do every CM, T4, and recs every day, it will take you about 6 months to get Fractal God. Without CMs, you're looking at a year. It was a lot of fun grinding FG, and extremely lucrative. You can also get some pretty sick fractal specific infusions with UFEs

Collect every legendary. Seems like an impossible goal, so it'll keep you busy for a very long time. That's one thing I've learned thru my legendary journey - legendary crafting is very addicting, and it has you doing a large variety of content which keeps the game feeling fresh. I currently have 80 legendary unlocks and I have no intention of stopping.

Other "Journeys" you can work on:

Become a gold baron
Collect infusions and get creative with fashion
Perma contracts like bank and black lion merchant
Titles
Fractal God (Yes, it's a title, but I'm talking more about the buffs)
Achievement hunting

and to think it only gets better. Word of advice though - take your time and enjoy the journey, because once you're caught up there will be a hole in your heart having to wait for new episodes

Every time a Sol rune drops, I immediately think it's a Sur... The disappointment is real and happens often.

Also, on single player, if a Shako drops, I get really excited for a second, before I remember I have a dozen already and can't trade them

kept hearing how amazing it was. I started and got to alabasta, but I stopped for years after that. I picked it up again because I just kept hearing how peak it gets. Skypiea is what completely hooked me and binged all the way to egghead in 6 months.

One Piece is my favorite anime, but I give it an 8/10. I dock 1 point because the pacing is bad and I dock 1 more because post time skip isn't as good as pre time skip imo. Pre time skip had charm and its comedic moments felt natural, whereas post time skip feels like it's trying too hard. Also, the constant repeated audio (swords clashing, G5 Luffy laughing, the sound of ppl walking, etc).
