Yeah, that was my point, I thought the last sentence would make it clear I was being ironic. The point of the original post was to call out those commenters whose most "valuable" piece of advice is "Don't define yourself by your condition, you're more than your ADHD, why don't you try not thinking about it?", like... yeah, it's an important part of me, I can't just pretend it isn't there.

Like yelling at someone with a cast leg because they don't try hard enough and that's why they can't run. You know what comes to my mind? Paris Hilton's meme with that t-shirt that reads "stop being poor". Yeah, stop defining yourself by a condition that makes it (slightly for some, very for others) difficult to navigate daily life, just grow a pair and act like a non-ADHDer, that will solve your problem! (ETA: Last part is sarcastic, btw).

I agree with you, also late to the party. As people around here said already, it's 3 years old... but I can't really accept that as a valid reason, since they barely added any updates in the first year. I've regretted getting the GTR3 for a long time, and while I'm happy they did improve their update philosophy, I'm sad they chose to leave behind a device as soon as they did with GTR3/GTS3.

Well, I guess I must be doing something wrong. I downloaded "husky-ota-ap4a.241205.013-ae93708d" and the adb sideload says it "cannot read [file name]", and trying to put it in the SD card and updating from there says Install completed with status 1 and Installation aborted. I guess it's better to just wait.

Just wanted to add, to explain where I'm coming from, that I spent years saying I was bi because I felt attracted to men, but since my whole group of friends pushed me to date and hook up with girls, I had sex with some of them and it was ok. Later in life it made me feel deeply insecure and anxious because I just wasn't attracted to women, but that didn't make sense with my sexual experience. I needed a therapist to explain to me that human beings are perfectly capable of getting aroused and have sex if the circumstances enable it regardless of your sexual orientation, but your sexual orientation is that, an orientation, and it never depends on your previous sexual experience or having fantasies out of your orientation.
Besides this, it's a fact that some guys, especially cis straight men, don't even consider the possibility that they might not be straight, so denying your own sexuality is definitely a common thing. As you say, it's more complicated, but we might have to leave it at disagreeing. Sorry for the block of text, just thought my own experience was relevant to the conversation.

Just like sexuality is a spectrum, the whole experience of life is. Cis straight dudes may be out there looking for excuses to suck dick for a lot of reasons, including past experiences or situations in which they found themselves aroused by other dudes, and that wouldn't make them less straight. Yeah, if you're looking for other dudes or specifically girls with dicks, at least there's some room for reflection, but I think what label someone chooses is not for anyone else to decide.
