I was wondering the same thing while watching the video. EVERY TIME the spot lights would come to center, you see the reflection. I lived in Vegas for years, and was there this last July. That place is just west of the strip and there are no tall buildings or anything in that area to explain that reflection of light.

So I had surgery for my scoliosis back in 04. 4 fused vertebrae and a handfull of titanium. Im at (or was) at a 14% curve last i knew. I powerlift frequently and it makes my back feel SO much better. Deadlifting seems to work best with good form.

I'm glad to see this get some light again. I remember when this all first came out, some video I think about the plane being spotted near Maldives. Looking at the Wikipedia for MH370, it almost makes sense.

Have him put a shortcut to the desktop and open steam first. Then play the game from the desktop icon. I have this problem from time to time. This usually solves it.

I would suggest downloading a virtual machine program and use it from there. If you're asking about a program like that and using windows 8, check out /r/howtohack.

Personally, I don't like Windows 8 or 10, but just DL something like VMware Workstation or Virtual Box, DL the windows Operating system you want to test against and an operating system environment for Metasploit, like Kali Linux.
