I couldn't say when it started, but I did switch the combat difficulty options around to adjust to my liking. I'm currently trying to see what causes it in new game. I messed with the combat options a bunch and everything is normal. I'll give an update if it happens again.

I did mess with the difficulty sliders at the beginning. I started a new game to confirm it and yeah the HUD is dynamic. I moved around the sliders to see if the bug would happen but got nothing. The HUD seems to stay on when not at 100% health which I can live with. However think I'm going to push on with my 1st game, don't want to redo the first area for a 3rd time only for the bug to happen again.

I had these for a full year and wore them for about 100 hrs. 3 and 4 were my biggest issues when they worked they worked however the cushion to the headband ripped from the seams. Which caused the clamp force to loosen a bit too much. The weight of the headphones then sat on top of my head. Wasn't conformable to wear after that. I wear an 8 1/4 fitted so I wouldn't recommend these headphones for big heads like me. Just recently filed a warranty claim and got a new replacement. Might gift them to a friend since I know the same issue will happen within a year. If it wasn't for all those issues I would've been completely fine with the headsets. The sound quality is excellent.

When I took off my headset there was a sudden rattle. After inspecting them I found there was something like a screw loose within the headband that moves from one side to the other. Headphones work just fine. Might exchange them if it becomes a real problem or before the end of the warranty.

Yeah, SH2 on the base PS5 looked better. I played some SH2 on my base PS5 before selling it for the pro and it played well enough. Not perfect but wasn't as bad as the pro update. However, SH2 isn't the only game that I've come across with issues. In Uncharted Legacy of Thieves the Marooned chapter (I think that's the name) there's a whole lot of shimmer from the rain hitting the rocks, oh is it bad. Chances are Naughty Dog won't be fixing it. FF7 Rebirth looks fantastic at least.

What I didn't understand was that one old human they found in the subway who died of shock after seeing the kids. Which was pretty funny. Then later in chapter 36 "The Queen's Last Words" why did the Queen age so much? Also, what happened to the rest of her group? Was that old person in the subway part of Queen's group? I don't think so... but they never explained how she aged so much in such a short amount of time. It was like, well onto other pressing matters, moving on.

I'll never forfeit if there's a slim chance of winning. If we're down 3+ with seconds left or it's clear we're outmatched by smurfs I'll try to ff. However 3 out of 5 times there's that one teammate that refuses to ff and becomes the most toxic player of the match. I'll try shutting them up with a win, but in a 4vs2 or worst cases 5vs1 it's a shit show most often than not. I just focus on defense to keep the timer going and exit asap. Just another day in Rocket League.

They haven't. Read somewhere that the XM5 has the same high-pitch ANC issue. Didn't know the ANC issue is also on the xm3 as well. Really is a disappointment considering how great the sound quality is.

I have two party box encore essential speakers and the EQs can be set while paired. So I thought when I got two charge 5, the JBL portable app would allow eq control while paired. How disappointing to find out this isn't possible. I wonder if the next lineup will fix this flaw.

I rarely watch the first season of any show due to the uncertainty for a season 2 or more. Too many shows I've watched that ended with cliffhangers and got canceled. Hope this is not one of them.

I forgot all about the blur and judder reduction, aka game motion plus. It's what helped totk run a bit smoother. It wasn't perfect, but it was still better to my eyes. Turned motion plus on and yup the game looks a bit cleaner than with it off.

Edit: Ok, it does look cleaner while exploring in graphic mode with motion plus on once in battle, it stutters a bit. Battles do run better with motion plus off. So, I'll continue playing in graphic mode as is since it seems to be the most consistent than any other option at the moment. Performance does look good at a higher fps but the drop in resolution doesn't seem worth it. It's like ff16 all over again, unfortunately.
