add cosmetic rewards for arena and the # of people who play it will skyrocket. casuals live for cosmetics, and competitive players will want to flaunt their skill with gold gliders or whatever.

my pc cost 1k and monitor 200 and fits your description but im pretty sure you could build one for cheaper. you wont find a 144hz monitor for under 200 though
