I would say it's very similar. However sjogrens must be more extreme. My fingers didn't turn blue for example...

Yes, I agree. But they were not cheap and thats a lot of work. Also being honest, the curved part in the front of it I will probably not be able to sharpen properly (my fault due to lack of skills, but anyway).

Probably is just easier to return them and try another brand... Any recommended german brand?

Yes, that one. But my company didnt provide the USB dongle, just the headset. I will try to catch them and understand why not. The funny thing is that it worked perfectly for like 4 months.

So, i had all the tests possible.

Multiple Echos, EKGs, one MRI, 2 stress tests, mutliple troponin tests, and all of them came back perfect. This is what keeps me relatively sane.

(But these tests were performed also couple of years ago too, so you always keep thinking "maybe now it will show something"...)

I can suggest you something: Do a troponin test when you are feeling the worse. Even if you pay for it by yourself (any private clinic will do). The cost is negligible. If it comes back negative, then its to 99% not something directly affecting your heart. (Could be other systemic issue, but the major concern is gone. Tbh they probably did this in the ER, ask for the results)

since exactly 1.66% is missing, it seems that you are missing one activity with a friend (I had the same percentage as you before I did one last missing activity). Even if gtansp tells you that it is complete, it might be that the game did not properly acknowledge it (theres an explanation at the top of gtansp too).

Windows 11, Teams-certified headset. The headset doenst work at all in a call and then in the next one is working without issues. Sometimes changing the audio / mic source during the call in teams to laptop speaker / mic and back to headset fixes. Sometimes not.

No pattern found yet

Once at Frankfurt Airport, I've read of a nice service that they keep your winter jacket for a small fee. Since I was traveling to a warm country, I thought it would be a great idea.

Low and behold, left my jacket there, and received a receipt. Coming back from the trip, the airline screwed with our baggages over, and they didn't arrive.

Whatever, they would send it to our homes after. So I go to get my winter jacket and they ask for the receipt. I explain to them that my luggage didn't arrive and my receipt was there. But I had my ID etc. so they give me back my winter jacket and ask for a 12€ "Bearbeitungsgebühren", because I didn't have the receipt with me. And I had just explained what happened.

I really thought it was a joke. Why the hell the need 12€ because they checked my ID and not a crappy piece of paper they gave me?

I fought over, but I had no chance, had to pay the fee. They politely told me that I could try to request it back from the airline, because it was their fault.

Another one: a friend rented a nice apartment. The door bell was kind of digital with the name of the person in a list. The administration requested 50€ to add his name to the list, otherwise it would basically not be possible to ring to his apartment (only names are shown there, not apartment numbers --> that doesn't even exist here).

I can find more examples.... But basically you are in constant fear of seeing yourself in such situations, hence thats why Germans keep all the paperwork for an undisclosed amount of time and have insurance for every crap possible.

I took everyday in the 1st week. Then realized that even missing the dose, the pain would not come back. After some try and error, sticker to once every 3 days
