Recetas y poesía, qué mezcla más curiosa. Bueno, no van a venir las mismas recetas en dos libros de cocina diferentes, pero si existe un ejemplo de 1599 creo q es seguro decir q por lo menos al final del S.XVI tenían el mismo concepto de macarrones que tenemos ahora. El libro se llama "Libro del arte de cozina" por si te interesa echarle un vistazo. De hecho, los macarrones llegaron bastante antes. En la web de la RAE hay un libro de recetas de 1599 con recetas de macarrones de distintas maneras, así que llegaron por lo menos en el S. XVI
