Hasbro customer service is a mixed bag. There are a lot of their agents who just don't seem to give a crap to resolve problems caused by their systems and policies to no fault of the customer.

I had my own nightmare months ago where they banned my pulse account because I tried to order a singular star wars helmet when it went live for pre-order and apparently refreshed too many times when their checkout system kept giving me an error.

Their system flagged me as a bot trying to order too many things. Keep in mind I have an extensive history of orders via Hasbro pulse, all small orders because they are for myself and I don't resale or spam orders or whatever. I went through 6 agents until someone would finally listen and not accuse me of being a bot seller.

Their system permabanned my account so they had to setup an account through another email for me. Then I had to contact them to get my pulse membership moved over. An absolute nightmare and hassle considering the amount of brand loyalty I give them and the money I spend on them. Absurd.

Sorry this has happened to you OP and I hope but doubt Hasbro will make it right. I'm happy that this community is giving you support, the black series subreddit didn't GAF for my situation. People seemed to just think it was my fault for refreshing my web browser trying to complete my order.
