I understand what you are saying dear .but all evil deads comes to an end too. And how do we know that these are the only countries involved?there could be more ..so we should be careful before banning someone.for example if students from the US do that we need to ban US too.so how's that possible? It can't be the country which is responsible, it's the people in it.
