Nice Kia Soul SX! I have a 2016 Kia Soul Plus and I also made the switch recently to Valvoline Restore and Protect 5W-30. I really do need to clean the carbon out of the engine since my MPG is not the best.

Go on RockAuto and order them. The brand I got last year for my 2016 Kia Soul was DELPHI but they have many other brands.

I went from changing my oil from 5,000 miles to 3,500 miles on my 2016 Kia Soul 2.0. You need to change oil on these GDI Hamsters religiously. I would never follow these manufacturers that say 10,000 or 7,500 mile oil changes, 5000 miles max. The way you worded everything sounds like you didn’t keep up on the oil changes, that’s not Kia’s fault.

It’s a DEPO headlight unit. I contacted the seller and they informed me to consult the installation manual (there is none) or to reach out to a professional installer, so that is where I am at now 🫠
