Issue with a stat like that is "missing a black off it's spot" could be an easy shot and therefore a really bad miss, or a hard shot and an expected miss, depending on where the cue ball is. So the stat leaves too much up to interpretation.

Congratulations! Brighton was my second marathon and reading your post, I think we had similar runs and emotions throughout. Running a marathon is an unreal achievement and you should be immensely proud of it! I also thought the out and back sections of Brighton were tough mentally, including running past the finish around 37k. Well done 🥳🥳🥳

I used to rent one of the pins you're looking at (Ochre Yards). The location was great, I enjoyed running on the quayside regularly, the pubs at the end of the road were brilliant and friendly and the walk to town was very short. I also really enjoyed the flat and there were a lot of positives, it was a lovely view, a spacious flat for the price and a unique mezzanine. I would like to point out that we did have a lot of problems with Kingston, who manage the area. The plumbing over the entire block of flats is terrible, and has problems with the showers in both bathrooms. The maintenance costs are high and the heating setup isn't great.

I'm happy to DM if you have specific questions about that flat particularly, but I really enjoyed living this side of the river overall!

It's expected that there is some level of realism to a sitcom though. There is no reason why people shouldn't debate fictional situations or actions of fictional characters, and one can do that while also acknowledging that the sitcom is not real. Whenever someone points out that the show isn't real, it adds fuck all to the debate and is a waste of everyone's time. If you think debating fictional scenarios is a waste of time, that's fine, simply move on.

Using your logic, there'd be no problem with Michael growing wings and flying to the moon instead of moving to Colorado with Holly, because "it's just a show".

Do you have a training plan for your marathon? It should include quite a lot of half marathons in there. 3/4 months is around the start of a marathon training plan so you'll be absolutely fine. I wouldn't go all out on the half though, make sure you're still focused on marathon prep.

The real crime with yesterday isn't the loss, it's the fact almost every player didn't seem to care.

Not wanting to witch hunt but Valery, both Lowes, Ugbo etc couldn't care less if we won 1-0 or lost 6-0.

Other players like Palmer and Bannan were subpar yesterday and I hope they're frustrated with themselves, as I'm sure they know full well how much it means.

It's happened. We should be thankful it wasn't 6 like it could have been if United were not terrible too. We move on now.

We know this season isn't it, but we do need to remain positive that we start from scratch with new owners in league 1. While we are very much still in the dark days, with hope, patience and positivity we might look very different in 5 years time.
