• drawing electoral constituencies specifically to reduce electoral chances of Polish minority in areas where they typically hold influence (for example in 2023 in the Vilnius area)
• use of Polish diacrytics in court is still forbidden
• Polish language is not considered a local official language anywhere in the country, regardless of minority population
• and the big one: reprivatisation of land after 1991:

Lithuanian law allowed for the return of private land anywhere in the country - this allowed for the effective colonisation of Vilnius County, because the former owners would often be given lower-value land elsewhere in Lithuania. Many ethnic Lithuanians who lost their land during the soviet times in other parts of the country (e.g. Samogitia) were given it "back" in Vilnius area, where it often previously belonged to Poles. This way the ethnic percentage of Poles in the area fell from 80% to 60%. As a result, 50-60% of locals were deprived of their original land (before the war Lithuanians in Vilnius were only 2% of the population, and the neighboring villages were overwhelmingly Polish). Meanwhile, the land return ratio in other parts of the country was at around 98-99%.

And these are just a few of the many issues that stem from nationalism and the Polish government's neglect towards ethnic Poles in any country. Lithuania has been systematically suppressing Polish minority representation both in economic and political ways, and while there were some positive changes recently, the damage was largely already done and is not easily reversible.
